Outside, Rockridge has its own spring pool tucked into the landscape, layered decks and a corner-of-sim feeling with forest and water close by. The home itself uses broad glass, dark exterior tones and planted edges, giving it a modern woodland retreat atmosphere rather than a cottage or classic villa.

The entry hall immediately introduces one of Rockridge’s signature details: a custom-built small indoor water garden beneath the stairs. From the hall, the layout branches toward the living room, downstairs toilet and a flexible side room that can work beautifully as a game room, man cave, hobby room or private office. The living room has custom scripted curtains and lights, a fireplace, large windows and a moody black-and-green palette softened by pale seating and plants.

The open kitchen and dining area continue the modern retreat feeling with white cabinetry, dark tile accents, a social dining table and a dedicated food pantry. Upstairs leads to the bedroom, bathroom and gym. The bedroom includes a walk-in closet and balcony, while the gym also has its own balcony for fresh air and views. The bathroom is bold and spa-like, with dark walls, marble floor, freestanding tub, shower and strong contemporary contrast.
