The Oceanview Lodge takes its name from the infinity pool on the upper level, where the view opens straight across the water and dolphins can pass by below. It is an original industrial-style building completely reinvented as a warm forest residence, keeping its strong architecture, huge glass walls and bold structure while softening everything into a cozy home.

Outside, Oceanview has a layered coastal-forest setting with water, trees, a tiny orchard and several places to settle in. The terrace includes cuddle spots and an outdoor fireplace, while the upper pool deck gives that signature infinity feeling over the water. Near the pool is a private little winter ice-rink area with snowmen and a snowy safety fence, plus an outdoor fire stove on the terrace. The security rock and rental mailbox sit at the top of the hill on the right side of the approach.

Inside, the entry hall opens into a dramatic double-height space with piano, workspace beneath the stairs and giant windows made for enjoying the forest. The interior leans feminine, soft and cuddle-friendly: warm wood, pale seating, plants, gentle textures, big pillows and a relaxed social feeling. A purple Crystal Island crystal can switch the wall art into a working TV/content screen for watching films and series together with friends. Custom scripted curtains can close the large windows, and all lights are custom adjusted.

The kitchen is completely unique, built from an old brasserie feeling with dark counters, hanging pots, pantry-style shelving, cafe details and a social cooking atmosphere. Upstairs adds a reading/chat area, soft lounge by the fireplace, bedroom and bathroom separation, plus the pool-side outdoor living. The listed prims/LI are the renter’s own decor allowance; Petrichor supplies and maintains the house, pool, ice-rink area, landscaping, scripted features and furnished environment separately.
