Timber Cabin is the second Petrichor Cozy Home: compact, more affordable and set into the shared forest landscape, but with its own private balcony space and strong views. It feels like a small vertical glass cabin or forest treehouse, tucked beneath tall branches with water, rocks and woodland all around.

Outside, Timber Cabin has a private balcony/deck with hot tub, lounge seating, barbecue and a very sheltered forest atmosphere. The home is smaller than the Luxury Residences, but the outdoor space makes it feel like a true retreat rather than just a compact interior. As with every Petrichor home, the parcel has custom day/night nature sounds designed and tuned by Petrichor for that specific location.

Inside, Timber Cabin uses a dark warm palette, wood tones, plants and big windows to keep the forest close. The lower level has a cozy living area, compact kitchen, seating, storage and bathroom. The bathroom includes a customized Ruckus shower animation setup, giving even the small bath space extra polish. The layout is efficient, but the all-around views through the glass keep it from feeling closed in.

Upstairs, the bedroom and office desk sit above the main floor, surrounded by large windows and custom curtains. As in every Petrichor home, the lights are custom scripted and the window treatment is tuned to the house. Timber Cabin is best for renters who want a cozy, affordable, view-heavy forest home with a private hot tub balcony and enough space to live, work and relax without needing a full luxury estate.
