Wood Cabin is one of Petrichor’s Cozy Homes: smaller, more affordable and set into the shared forest nature rather than a large private luxury parcel. Its strength is location, privacy and view: a compact modern forest cabin with big windows, a generous private balcony and the feeling of being tucked into the trees.

The security rock stands to the right of the entrance stairs, and the rental mailbox hangs on the wall of the house. Inside, the layout is efficient and easy to understand: balcony, kitchen, living room and open work area flow from right to left, with the bedroom and small bathroom tucked privately aside. The cabin is smaller than the Luxury Residences, but it still gives renters roughly 400 LI for their own decor on top of the supplied home and environment.

The interior is dark, warm and green-toned, with herringbone-style wood flooring, plants, fireplace, soft seating, compact kitchen and a practical open desk/work area. Large windows are the point here: forest views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom make the home feel bigger than its footprint. Like the other Petrichor homes, the many windows have custom scripted curtains, the lighting is custom scripted, and the purple Crystal Island crystal below the TV can hide the TV and restore the wall art.

Outside, Wood Cabin has a private large balcony/deck with lounge seating, hot tub and barbecue, giving this cozy home a real outdoor living space despite its smaller size. The listed prims/LI are the renter’s own decor allowance; Petrichor supplies and maintains the cabin, shared nature setting, balcony features, scripted curtains/lights and furnished environment separately.
