Woodland Cliffside is a hidden split-level home built on and into a hill in the south-west corner of Crystal Island. You arrive from the lower path where the rental mailbox hangs from the CasperTech security rock, then walk up through a large garden close to the water before the house reveals itself against the hillside.

The first surprise is the entry: you step into the home halfway up its height, not at the bottom. The hall has a custom built-in reef aquarium and immediately opens to a dramatic view down into the lower level, with high ceilings, tall glass, and a sense that the house has much more depth than it first appeared to have from outside.

From the entry level, left leads toward the bathroom and office, while right leads toward the bedroom area with walk-in wardrobe. Lighting and curtains are custom scripted throughout. The current renter has changed or removed much of the original bedroom decor, so the fixed promise here is the architecture, split-level layout, wardrobe and private room structure rather than one specific bed style.

Downstairs is the heart of Woodland Cliffside: a generous living room with high glass looking out to trees and water, fireplace/TV wall, dining area, open kitchen and pantry. An extra movie/play room gives the lower level more flexibility, while the huge outdoor balcony/deck hangs out over the water with string lights, seating and a close forest-water atmosphere.
